Hi! I'm Erin Tee, M.Ed.ย ย
I am a neurodivergent (AuDHD) educator, coach and designer.
I bring more than 20 years of creative and educational experience, a graduate degree in cognitive diversity, and lived experience as a neurodivergent parent of a twice-exceptional (2e) child.
I know what it feels like to be capable, creative, and deeply committed, while still finding everyday life more exhausting than it appears to be for everyone else.
I understand the pressure of trying to support the people you love when the usual advice does not reflect how your family actually works.
My approach is practical, collaborative, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. I begin with curiosity rather than judgment.
Together, we look at what is creating friction, what is already helping, and what support might make life feel more manageable, sustainable, and joyful.
