Embrace Strength, Transform Mindsets, Empower Authenticity
Neurodiversity Support
Many of history's greatest minds were neurodivergent—creative, out-of-the-box thinkers who questioned the status quo and drove change and progress. Without them, we would not have the art, music, and innovations that enrich our world today. Imagine a world without the theory of relativity, the iPhone, or modern-day murder mystery—what a boring place that would be.
Neurodivergent individuals have long been misunderstood and underestimated. They have been told they are too much, not enough, or just plain weird. It's time to leave behind outdated biases and recognize the value of neurodiversity. Focusing on strengths can shift our mindsets and allow everyone to thrive authentically.

Services
I offer neurodiversity-affirming support and advocacy for neurodivergent and twice-exceptional (2e) individuals across all settings, including home, school, workplaces and clinical settings. My services empower individuals and educate those who support them. Through webinars, courses, and group sessions, I help foster self-advocacy, nervous system regulation, and radical acceptance.
Every person, with the proper support and understanding, can thrive.
Who the heck am I, anyway?
I spent my teen years living and breathing musical theatre. Looking back, I realize it saved me. Finding my band of weirdos at 14 showed me I had a place in the world and I wasn’t broken.
For over 40 years, I navigated life undiagnosed. Thanks to my neurodivergent brain, I compensated and adapted.
When I became a parent to my neurodivergent child, it changed everything. It wasn’t just about me anymore.
I earned my Master's in Cognitive Diversity in Education and became a passionate voice for supporting, uplifting, and advocating for neurodivergent people just like me!
